ENHANCED CAPABILITIES BASED ON CAPTURE OF ‘D-CHANNEL’ INFORMATION

January 1,2006

Alliance Recording Systems (ARS) announces new feature enhancements of the Alliance Express and Alliance Enterprise digital voice recording solutions. These systems can now provide users with not only a direct audio interface to a large number of digital phone systems, but can also capture and store all D-channel information. This allows the Alliance system’s to provide feature capability based on the data that is sent back and forth between the phone switch and the phone set. Some of these enhanced feature capabilities include: free seating support via agent log-in ID; advanced triggering for recording start/stop; record on demand; elimination of ‘hot mic’ in contact centers using headsets; and additional research fields such as DNIS, Caller ID, DTMF out-dialed numbers, and agent ID. And with the Alliance Express and Enterprise, these features are available with no need for a connection to a CTI or some other type of database server.
