Alliance Recording Systems (ARS) is proud to introduce their new line of digital voice recording systems designed for organizations with a need to document their critical communications. The Alliance Enterprise and Alliance Express recorders represents years of product development with an ear to the end user for application design.
The ARS engineers took the time to ask for and listen to input from actual recording system users to make sure the recorders were equipped with standard features that would provide maximum benefit to a wide variety of applications. Both the Alliance Enterprise and Express will more than fill the requirements for applications such as requests for emergency communications, financial transactions, legal compliance and dispute resolution.
The Alliance Express will record from 8-20 simultaneous voice interactions, and the Alliance Enterprise will record from 8-72 simultaneous conversations. Both units are configured on a Microsoft Windows® 2000Pro operating system, and a very user friendly graphic interface to help simplify the process of recording, researching, retrieving and replaying audio transactions.
The Alliance Express come standard with 12,000+ hours of on-line storage, while the Alliance Enterprise comes standard with 19,000+ hours on-line storage. Both systems are equipped with DVD-RAM archive capability, and are designed to operate in either a stand-alone or LAN-based environment.
Alliance Recording Systems expects to initially market this new offering through it’s existing distribution outlets, and will be looking to expand that network in the very near future. So whether it is for an end user or a reseller, ARS is ready to form an unbeatable Alliance…with you.
